- HAPTIC FEEDBACK: As previously announced, instead of two mechanical vibration motors, DualSense will be equipped with a completely new vibration technology called Haptic Feedback, with a mechanism similar to the Home button on iPhone 7, 8. The vibration intensity of the PS5 controller will allow players to immerse themselves more deeply in the game, making the interaction experience with the environment much more refined instead of the constant rattling during combat as on DualShock 4.
- TOUCHPAD: On previous generations of DualShock controllers, the touchpad seemed to receive less attention from users due to its limited capabilities, only used to open menus or view in-game maps, and almost unable to apply the touchpad to control characters or in-game mechanisms. But times have changed as Sony has focused on developing the touchpad more in terms of both design and performance. The use of the touchpad to complete missions in the game Astro's Playroom is also partly proof of Sony's efforts to develop the touchpad on this controller. And it is certain that, in the near future, many more games will also expand the features of the touchpad on the DualSense controller.
- ADAPTIVE TRIGGER: The two trigger buttons L2 and R2, as PlayStation lead architect Mark Cerny presented, will have Adaptive Trigger, meaning the button's resistance depends on each game and our actions. Each action in the game will provide different levels of resistance, allowing you to truly feel the tension in your actions. For example, the feeling of shooting a gun will be different from shooting a bow, the accelerator pedal in racing games will vary, and running on a highway or a sandy road will also be different depending on the creativity of game developers. This allows game developers to use a much wider range, from a very strong vibration, much stronger than before, to an extremely light vibration, and provides players with very detailed nuances.

1. Thời Gian Bảo Hành
- Sản phẩm mới: Bảo hành từ 6 – 12 tháng (hoặc theo tiêu chuẩn hãng).
- Sản phẩm đã qua sử dụng: Bảo hành từ 1 – 3 tháng.
- Thời gian bảo hành cụ thể tùy thuộc theo từng sản phẩm và được thông báo chi tiết khi mua hàng.
2. Chính Sách 1 ĐỔI 1
Áp dụng chính sách 1 ĐỔI 1 đối với:
- Sản phẩm phát sinh lỗi từ nhà sản xuất.
- Lỗi thiết bị xuất hiện ngay từ thời điểm nhận hàng.
3. Quy Trình Bảo Hành 4 Bước
Tiếp Nhận Bảo Hành
Liên hệ Hotline/Fanpage hoặc đến trực tiếp cửa hàng. Cung cấp SĐT mua hàng và video/ảnh lỗi. Kết quả thông báo trong 1–5 ngày làm việc.
Kiểm Tra & Xác Nhận
Xác định nguyên nhân lỗi. Nếu do nhà sản xuất sẽ chuyển sang xử lý bảo hành. Nếu do người dùng, shop tư vấn hỗ trợ sửa chữa.
Xử Lý Bảo Hành
Đổi mới 1-đổi-1 với lỗi NSX hoặc gửi bảo hành chính hãng / thay thế linh kiện chính hãng.
Bàn Giao Sản Phẩm
Sau khi hoàn tất bảo hành, shop chủ động liên hệ bàn giao và cập nhật tiến độ rõ ràng.
4. Các Trường Hợp Không Áp Dụng Bảo Hành
- Sản phẩm bị rơi vỡ, va đập, nứt gãy, biến dạng hoặc bị vào nước / chất lỏng.
- Sử dụng sai hướng dẫn, sai nguồn điện hoặc sai mục đích của nhà sản xuất.
- Tự ý tháo lắp, can thiệp linh kiện hoặc sửa chữa tại các nơi không thuộc ONION Shop.
