Inspection Procedure Upon Receipt (Co-inspection)

Inspect Exterior
- Check carton condition: no severe dents, no tears, wetness, or broken seals.
- If the carton is heavily damaged, you have the right to refuse acceptance or request a co-inspection record.
STEP 02
Verify Product
- Verify the correct type, model, and accompanying accessories according to the invoice / delivery note.
- It is recommended to record the entire unboxing process on video for best support.
STEP 03
Quick Device Test
- Plug in / quickly test wheelbase, pedals, VR if conditions permit.
- Hardware defects arising after receipt are still 100% covered by the 7-day DOA policy.
STEP 04
Sign & Pay
- Sign the delivery receipt or pay COD after inspecting the exterior.
- It is not mandatory to waive the right to complain to receive goods.
Specialized Packaging & Insurance
- Goods are packed in standard manufacturer boxes or reinforced with wooden frames and anti-shock air film for heavy components.
- 100% of high-value orders are declared and insured for the entire shipping process.
- Shipping risks are the responsibility of ONION Shop until the customer receives the intact package.
Fees & Address Change
- Delivery fees are transparently communicated before order confirmation (free for inner-city according to promotion).
- Bulky items (aluminum frames, racing seats, motion platforms) are charged based on truck trips.
- Address change before order dispatch: Completely free of charge.
On-site Delivery & Installation Service
