Transaction principles: Listed prices on the website are in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Orders are officially confirmed only after ONION Shop verifies payment or confirms COD (Cash on Delivery) method.
For pre-orders (Pre-order / Custom Rig), deposit conditions and rates will be clearly stated on the product page or in the order confirmation notice.

| Cash at store | Direct payment upon pickup or experience at ONION Shop Showroom (NIC Tower, Cau Giay, Hanoi). |
| POS Card Swipe | Supports Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and domestic NAPAS ATM cards at the showroom. |
| E-wallets & Online Portals | Supports MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay-QR, or other payment gateways integrated on the website as guided during the Checkout step. |
| Installment Plan | Supports installment payments via credit card or linked financial partners. Interest rates, terms, and fees are determined by the financial institution. |
| Pre-order Deposit | A deposit of 20% – 50% of the value is applied for high-end equipment ordered from the manufacturer. The deposit amount will be directly deducted from the total order upon delivery. |
Official Bank Transfer Information
Official bank account numbers and VietQR codes will automatically display at the Checkout step or via official Zalo/Email messages from ONION Shop.
Note: Customers must never transfer money to personal accounts not officially published by ONION Shop.
- ONION Shop issues complete electronic invoices in accordance with legal regulations.
- Customers who require a company invoice, please provide: Company Name, Tax ID, Address, Invoice Email before the order is dispatched.
- Issued invoices will not be amended unless there is a technical error from ONION Shop.
- Available orders not yet shipped: Customers who cancel due to a change of mind will receive a refund within 03–07 business days (minus actual payment gateway / bank fees incurred).
- Pre-orders: Deposits will be refunded if ONION Shop delays delivery beyond the committed deadline and the customer does not agree to wait further.
- Refusal to accept COD without reason: ONION Shop reserves the right to require pre-payment for subsequent orders.
Transaction Safety & Security
- All online transactions are encrypted using SSL/HTTPS security standards.
- ONION Shop never stores credit card numbers or CVV codes of customers.
- ONION Shop staff never asks customers to provide OTP codes or bank passwords.
