- Governing Law: The laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be settled by the competent court as stipulated.
Validity of General Terms (Section 6)
The publication of this policy set on the website theonionshop.com constitutes general transaction conditions for all online and in-store orders placed with ONION Shop.
If any provision is declared invalid by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full legal force and effect.
